My sales for Jan. and Feb have been decent.. At least 75+ sales each month.. Not getting rich but I am getting rid of things and making some money..
Question... New user signed up today on 2 different account.. Same address and name but different eBay user names.. Both registered today.. Never asked about combined shipping.. Would you combine the orders or ship separately, cause it is 2 different accounts but going to the same address?
If it was 1 user account, no problem, combine shipping and roll with it but 2 different accounts but same name and address?

I'd treat the two orders as two separate orders, if for nothing else than to head off problems later. Good luck.

I think you need to ship them separately for the different accounts.
You wouldn't be able to use the same tracking number for both orders if they are different account purchases.
Some one will come along with more info if I not right.

If the buyer made purchases under the same guest account (apparently the buyer purchased as a guest) then I would mail them together. But since the buyer used a different guest account for each purchase then you should mail them out separately.

In fact you have to, in order to have tracking on both. Purchases by two different accounts cannot be combined for shipping in one package. (It does sound like two separate guest accounts were used here. Is there a limit of one purchase per guest account, maybe?)

Because it sounds like the buyer paid for 2 separate transactions, I would ship 2 packages.

Are the names something thought through like "swiftie2024" and "travisswift" or gibberish like "a435**79b"?
The chosen names are members.
The gibberish are guests.
In either case I would contact both and ask if they would prefer combined, discounted shipping.

I know you can't name the person but they look like this..
User 1: ****149
User 2: ****845
But the name is the same, just the numbers are different..
I'll just ship 2 different packages...

I'm just going to ship 2 packages and not combine..
Thank You... Never seen this before till now.. lol

It would only be limited by a failure to use the Cart, I'm not 100% sure but I believe that Guest accounts are limited to a single transaction.
