I have noticed a big drop off in sales. Maybe everyone is glued to their TV's or maybe the fear that the economy is going to be damaged by these storms is keeping people from buying

Fires in the West. Floods in the South.
More competition elsewhere.
Too much competition here.
People who no longer shop for sport. Those downsizing or never were interesting in collecting things.
Oversaturated categories. A lot of crp to have to wade through. Not many true bargains here anymore.
Who knows?

I have pretty consistent sales, but his weekend has been down to about the same level of 3 years ago when I was listing less.
I think everyone is just weather and disaster saturated.
I have a high concentration of buyers in the West and South.

Maybe the buyers are being evacuated and don't know if they will even have a home to go back to. Why would they buy something in that case?
Maybe since are not working at the moment and therefore can't afford anything.
Maybe they are giving their extra cash to support the relief efforts instead of purchase a trinket on ebay.
Maybe a family member is being impacted by these storms and fires and they realize the value in life is just not about things at the moment.

I sold a lot to Texas and bought a lot from Texas, while all that was happening. So no, I Don't think so. These storms are not going to take down the economy in any significant way.

My sales are almost non-existant this month, and were up 60% last month. Doesn't make sense.

My sales are extremely slow, I had 3 sales in a week and I can't remember when it was ever this slow. I think it is the storms I know I have tried to donate what I could so hopefully everyone else is too, that makes it a little more bearable.
