Hi, is there a policy on selling journals - note books with recycled paper ?

Nothing in policy that would prevent or interfere with your selling such items. (Anything unusual about the covers?)

Are you allowed to accept PayPal in Sri Lanka yet? Does your government have another way for you to get paid for your sales?

Biggest problem you will have is being able to get paid as Paypal is not legally allowed to be used to accept funds in your country
