SYI form puzzlement

I have been listing books this morning and so far the SYI form hasn't been asking me to fill in the author's name and the title and language. Have they changed their minds about requiring this I wonder?

They already have that info when you enter the ISBN.

Virtually everything I list has the ISBN but until this morning I had to always fill in the fields for Author, Title and Language.

@keziak

Maybe they finally listened to book Sellers that the info could be gleaned by the ISBN or it is another glitch that will cause you to have to revise these listings again, shortly into the future.

Can you enter it anyway to avoid a potential issue down the road or are those fields just totally gone?

Which listing form are you using? The trusty rusty good ol' advanced form, or one of the newer junk listing forms? Those are full of glitches.

The easier you are to offend the easier you are to control.

Pulling key information from the ISBN database so that a seller doesn't have to enter it (with potential for errors) sounds like an improvement, not a glitch.

Maybe they just improved it? the fields aren't there to fill in. This new method is much preferable but I wondered why this did suddenly happen?

Did the listing actually go through though?  If it's not going through it's the form glitching.

If they're actually gone and the listing went through, hopefully it's an improvement.  I must have misunderstood.

It's still true about the new forms though. They're a glitchfest.

The easier you are to offend the easier you are to control.
