I was caught off-guard yesterday. So generally at the beginning of this pandemic, my sales dropped on average about 80-90% (I know... yikes right?). About last week, it was holding at a steady 50-60% drop. But last night sales rocketed up to the level of a xmas season day. Sometimes I can attribute this to a unique bulk quantity buyer, but there was none yesterday.
It was the highest sales day since mid January 2020. I can't help to wonder if this is the result of people getting their stimulus checks. What do you think? Or is it just a fluke? As a comparison the sales is about 5x the amount of the same day in the previous week. What a weird roller coaster. Anyone else (a fellow clothing seller perhaps) experience something similar?

I know it is wrong, but part of me hopes people use those stimulus checks on my stuff 😛 Hopefully they do the right thing and use it on bills and essentials though 🙂
I wouldn't think it to be wrong to hope that. It's a stimulus check... to stimulate the economy right? And you are a part of that economy... good luck to all of us (even non-essential people). I'm as non-essential as one can get... just ask my wife.

I sure am hoping they have been stimulated enough to buy some of my 'non-essentials'. God bless us, every one!
