"It appears that you haven’t provided the required information to confirm your identity or financial data. Until we receive that information, your listing and communication activity have been restricted to ensure a safe trading environment for you and the eBay community."
I keep getting this particular error every time I've attempted to list anything these past couple of days. This doesn't make any sense, all of the necessary information has been linked to my account and verified. No errors telling me otherwise on any other page that I check. I do know my account was restricted for a little bit when I changed my address and needed to resend my ID. But that has since been resolved. Nothing indicates I'm missing anything essential. This has been really frustrating, and I can't find any answers online. Help would very much be appreciated.
Edit: This appears to have been solved. Theorizing it might've been an error on ebay's end after they verified my info for a second time.

The last item I sold was back in June of last year. And as for managed payments, I should've already been signed up awhile ago, unless if something in the process changed between now and then that I'm not aware of.

It's the need for information for the tax forms eBay will be sending out.
I've been through this four times now on dotCA.
This last time I changed my passport picture which I had been using, to my BC Identity Card (I don't have driving license).
All my toes are crossed hoping that will do the trick. It looks like a driving license, so maybe.

Oh.
All you guys (Americans) had to give your SSN when you signed up for MP, right?
We were not required to give our Social Insurance Number (SIN and yes we think so too), and Canadian law, until very recently made such disclosure voluntary.
My other thought is that you check that all your names match.
If your name is John Jacob Jingleheimer Smith, you cannot have a bank account as J J Jingleheimer Smith , a Managed Payment account as John Jacob Jingleheimer Smith, and an eBay account as JJJ Smith.

Okay. I just got another message out of the blue asking me to verify again. They very quickly responded back telling me what they told me before about restrictions removed. Unlike the last time, it seems to have actually worked now.
How odd... quite the headache this whole thing has caused me. Must've been an error on their end.
