Honestly having a horrid time with a buyer. He kept asking questions that just didn’t make me too comfortable so I had blocked a few week a back and ignored his messages. Now he’s noticed and is threatening a chargeback since I’ve blocked him. The item had no tracking but he had confirmed that he had received it so no doubt I won’t win the case and will be charged the extra 20$ that PayPal does with chargebacks 😞

It looks like everything you sell is pickup only? You might want to change the payment to cash only for these non deliverable listings.
You sounds like you understand the Paypal policies as it relates to chargebacks, so I would consider letting the buyer go ahead and open the paypal dispute then go ahead and refund him because you can not show any tracking.
Let it go and move on without any further thought.
Good Luck Selling!

Since you seem to be violating the digital items policy, I'd be careful getting Ebay involved. Furthermore most games have rules against selling game items.
When you skirt the rules you get people who skirt the rules.

No can do. Sellers must offer electronic payment, and to add insult to injury, if they refuse to honor a paypal payment on a local pick-up sale they receive an out of stock super defect. Triton has stated it here on this board that sellers cannot refuse the paypal payment. If you have ever written a local pick-up listings you would know that an electronic payment is required to post the listing.

I have never done a local pickup listing.

They're selling digital items. They're not really selling pick up items.

Selling digital goods is allowed but there are certain requirements eBay has in place that i don’t see in your listings. Here is the link to the policy:
What kind of questions was your buyer asking that made you uncomfortable?
