SITE ISSUES

Any one besides me not happy with the site changes that have been made over the past 12 months. Ever since they  eliminated the old "MY EBAY" landing page where you could have all of your active listings, sold and unsold items all on the same page (under each heading), I have become so much less efficient. Everything I need to do requires several additional steps and slows me down a lot. Why is Ebay so focused on last 31 days and last 90 days. I run my business month to month and when a month is done its done........I dont need to see the last 20 days sales mixed in with the first 10 days of my new month and so on. With the old format you could set your sold items tab to display current month and it would stay in place unless you wanted to change it......Now yu have to click on orders tab,  then 90 days comes up, then you select current month (each and every time you wnat to see it......and then the total includes tax & shipping so then you have to click again to get the breakdown. Why is it so complicated and so many steps just to see current month sales when it should just be set to display all the time. There are so many other site issues it would take me 10 hours to list them all . Just recently now when you pull up other items if defaults to gallery view instead of list view even when you set it............and unsold items is a cluster you know what...........it now defaults to all statuses  for 90 days. Please call and let them know if you are lie me and are slowed down and VERY unhappy with the changes they have made. they keep trying to make things better but end up making them worse...........fixing things that were never broken to begin with!

SITE ISSUES

Oh I'm sure there are a few dudes still grumbling about the new old My eBay and getting FORCED (at gunpoint?) into using the Seller Hub.

The rest of the non-dudes and dudettes here think the Hub is the best thing since sliced bread.

When they originally default you to the new landing page away from the old legacy landing page, it definitely does take some time to get used to the new nuances of the landing page. In time, you will be OK.

SITE ISSUES

I kicked,  screamed, posted my displeasure at the "seller hub" change from "my ebay all selling".

More clicks to get things done, but with a little "customizing" I use it, and am quite happy with it.

Everything I need is there.  The click, click, click (replacing the scroll, scroll, scroll) is second nature, and it works well for me.

SITE ISSUES

I don't want some one (Ebay) to tell me how to slice my bread.........I make my own business decisions because i know how to run my business. IF you enjoy the glitches and inefficiency's good for you........if you are focused on the last 31 or 90 days then you (like Dems focused on equity)  are looking in the rear view mirror. I am not opposed to change that makes me more efficient.........but this new format CLEARLY does NOT!. iF you have a lot of employees that sit around for 8 hours at a at time and perform the exact same task then yeah its great. I run a 1 man operation.  All the charts & graphs from the past do NOT tell me anything about an ever changing market.........paralysis by analysis gets you no where. Ebay is great for those who need help running their business and for those who want some one to tell them how they should run it. If you need Ebay to guide you running your business then you are Slippin Jimmy.

its not so much the NEW page as it is the extra steps to do and retrieve the same information......and the ton of technical glitches that they refuse to fix. It keeps getting worse instead of better. I am about being efficient and that is not happeninh
