I needed to end a second chance offer due to damage. Easy right? I did it once before a couple of years ago. 

Seller hub ....no end option in the listings section. I found it in the all selling page. Nice waste of my time....again. It would be nice if ebay could get it together before they make changes.

Sure there is. Seller Hub/Listings/Active. Tick the box to the left of the listing, choose the 'Actions' drop-down menu and select 'End'. All done!

You can easily end a listing from seller hub active listings.  https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active

Check off the item you want to end, select end from the actions menu OR select end from the dropdown menu next to edit.

OOOh, sorry I just realized you said end a second chance!   I've never done one of those so I would have no idea!

Anyway, if someone needs to end a regular listing they can see how lol

I am NOT new to ebay.  THAT is where I was....seller hub active listings.  For a second chance offer there was NO end option in the drop down menu!  As per my first comment, I found it on the all selling page.
