We have an EBay store.  When listing new items, the item has always gone to the beginning of our active listing.  Recently, when I make a new listing, it goes to the END of our listings, such as page six.  I have talked to EBay  agents about 4 times and we cannot seem to get it resolved.  Most recently, agent told me to change the SORT on our listing to "Ending latest"; the agent said it would take 24 hours to take effect, but it did not change.  WHAT CAN WE DO??  We would appreciate your help.  Thank you

When I load your store it shows ending soonest.

But this is a setting buyers/browser can change themselves with the drop menu at the top of the store page.

I'm not sure it makes a lot of difference to buyers.

on the active listing page click on the  time left way out on the end. it will correct the problem.

Are you referring to what you see or a prospective Buyer sees?

You can change the view setting by changing it from viewing oldest listed to newest listed.
