I KNOW IT SURE DOES SUCK WHEN YOU SEND AN ITEM WOTH TRACKING NUMBER TO CHICAGO AND IM FROM TEXAS IT WENT ALL YHE WAY TO ILLINOIS BUT ITS A SOME FACILITY DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY CLUE WHAT YOU DO??? I MAIL FROM USPS AND THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO TRY AND GET AHOLD OF THEM AND SEE WERE THE ITEM IS AND WHY ITS NOT MOVING BUT EAY HAS MY ACCOUNT NEGATIVE BECAUSE OF THE MONEY BACK GURANTEE SUCKS. ANY HELP OR TIPS WOULD HELP PLEASE POST OFFICE SAID YHEY WILL CALL ME BUT ILL GUESS ILL HAVE TO GO UP THERE.

 

ALSO EBAY PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE FOR US SELLERS *** TAKE THE SOLD ITEMS ON THD ADVANCED FILTER SEARCH AND AT LEAST SHORTEN THE LENGTH OF WHEN SOMEONE CAN GO OOOK AT WHEN OF IF YOU BOUGHT THE ITEM FOR. NOT ANYWERE ON EARTH CAN U WALK IN A STORE AND SAY HE I NO HOW MUCH U PAID FOR THAT SHIRT SO ILL GIVE YOU THIS FOR IT AND IF YOU DONT I WILL MOVR ON AND SPEND MY MONEY UNTIL SOMEONE DOES.2 WEEKS IS AS FAR AS SOMEONE SHOILD BE ABLE TO LOOK, AGAIN YOU CANT SEE THAT SOME STORE IS HAVING A SALE AND THEN MISS THE SALE BUT GO IN THE DAY AFTERWARDS AND WANT THE SALE PRICE. IVE LOST A LOT OF SALES BECAUSE THEY WANT TO ONLY GIVE ME SO MUCH FOR AN ITEM SOMETIMES, BUT WHEN YOUR ON HERE AS MUCH AS SELLERS YOU WORK HARD TO GET STUFF AT TGE PRICES WE GET SOME STUFF FOR AND ITS JUST NOT FAIR THAT CUSTOMERS KIND OF DICTATE PRICE BECAUSE OF KNOWING THE COST YOU MIGHT OF PAID FOR LIKD I SAID THIS IS THE ONLY STORE IN THE WORLD YOU CAN DO THIS AT HOPEFULLY YALL WILL TAKE THIS INTO CONSIDERATION LOVE TO HEAR FEEDBACK FROM ANYONE THANKS GOD BLESS

Track the package directly through the USPS web site.  After you enter the tracking number and hit the TRACK button, the tracking information will come up.

 

Scroll down the pages to the heading, "Available Action," where you can request text or email updates.  By doing this, it sometimes "shakes the package loose," so to speak.

 

That should get you started.

Suggestion - stop using bold font  caps and very long sentences adn use the spell check to correct typos.  You might find more people will read you post.

Whem I buy something on eBay, I appreciate the fact that I am guaranteed to get the item I paid for.

I apologise if it came out that way on the computer I guess the bold letter. I am not complaiing just simply saying the buyer purchased the item 10th it was spose to come in 17th it still says it's in transit just don't know why, or how why so quick someone would gold so I needed to go about handling things the correct way, and that's why I posted this l. I just want him to receive the item and me the payment win-win lwin ,and if things don't for whatever reason then I argree from bottom of my heart that fair is fair God Bless

In some instances I'll give you that but retail customers don't . Also when Beckett was around they dictated the price are set a mark. I'm sorry if this ruffled feathers l I'm not gripping because just a circumstance I'd never run across thank y'all honestly for the tips and coveratiin

OP~~You sent this USPS.  If you shipped it priority it's insured up to a minimum of $50.00.  If USPS did indeed lose it they will try to find it and if that fails they will cover you for the insured value of the item.  I believe in these cases they will also refund your shipping cost.  It may take a while but they will cover you if it is indeed their fault.

Well we have differing opinions on how markets work.

 

From your post it sounds like you might be buying and reselling from the same ID. Try setting up a seperate buying ID so your customers can't see how much you paid for stuff.

 

If your package still shows in transit call eBay and try to get an extension if the buyer filed an INR.
