GOT MYSELF A BELOW STANDARD RATING, THOUGHT I WAS DOING THE RIGHT THING WITH MY BUYERS, GUESS NOT.....NOW I HAVE TO PAY BIGGER FEES IF I MAKE A SALE....GOING TO BE A ROUGH 2 MONTHS IF I LAST THAT LONG....JUST SAYING...

The criteria for staying above standard is about how you handle specific situations on the eBay site, not about whether you think you are "doing right by buyers".

You should look at your:
Seller Hub > Performance Tab > Seller Level
Seller Hub > Performance Tab > Service Metrics
to determine WHY you went below standard.
Then report back to us what you found out.
Then we can recommend change(s) you can make to improve your status.

You have to "do right" by ebay not just your buyers.

LESSON LEARNED, DON'T EVER SHIP AN ITEM 2 WEEKS AFTER IT IS PAID FOR AND THE  ITEM IS MARKED AS SHIPPED, KIND OF STUPID WHEN I THINK OF IT....OH WELL, JUST COSTING ME $$$$$$ IN FEES, MOVING ON, THANKS
