Robots/People Bidding and Not Paying for items

Hello, on every item I sell lately, people or robots have been bidding on items and then not paying. This is extremely annoying as I just want to get rid of my items. It makes it super hard to even use the platform anymore. I cannot sell an Item without posting it less than 3 times.

About all you can do is set your buyer requirements to block anyone with 2 NPB strikes in the last year. Then let eBay's new automatic NPB tool file the cases for you.  That'll give automatic strikes to the buyers.

If truly "just want to get rid of my items", then just pick a price and list them as fixed price listings with immediate payment required. 

That way, an item will not sell unless you get paid.
