If that is the address that eBay gave you then it's correct.
As @12345jamesstamps mentioned it's the address for GIA who do the authentication.

When you sell an item requiring authentication, the Ship-To: address you see will be that of the authenticators, not the buyer. In this case, if you Google that address, it will bring up the GIA facility address for authenticating jewelry. That "evtn" number in the address, plus the name on the first line, identify the buyer so that when the item passes authentication, they will then pull up his address from their system and ship it directly to him.
