Hello everyone , there used to be somewhere in a listing that if there were any revisions made to a listing I could click on it and it would tell what revisions were made. I was able to do it with an active auction or ended auction, could someone tell me if thats an option anymore. I bought an item with the shipping at one price and I went to pay for it and the shipping price was higher. Thanks in advancee for any help

Revision locations can be found in the Item Specific box just it starts with "Seller assumes all responsibility for this listing. Below that will be Last updated on whatever date, if there are revisions. If there are no revisions that line won't be present.

What will be seen will not be the specific change. Just general term.
As far as I know things cannot be changed between "buy" and "pay".

Double-check your settings. For example, if your search pays shows you're searching with one zip code you will see calculated shipping rates to that zip code, but then when you check out if the zip code on your address does not match the one used for searching, you may see a different calculated shipping rate.
Go to your own listings here:

On the top right do you see "Shipping to [zip code]" just above the search results? That's your current search zip code.
If there's a difference between your default shipping address and the one you enter at checkout, that can have the same effect described above.
Also keep in mind there have been recent USPS price changes. If you saw the item on Saturday then went to pay for it on Sunday, depending on the shipping service, that could have been the reason for a higher ship cost.
