Revising a listing that is locked

How do I revise a listing price that is locked.

If there is an open offer on the item, you can't change the listing.

Are you referring to the lock icon on the app? Generally you click edit next to a grouping of listing info and you can go in to change price, quantity, etc for any non-variation listing.
