"My post and opinions are my own and not necessarily those of my employer"
I know nothing about your products but the pics, description and layout all look good to me.
I do like the section where you describe your business and try to make your customer feel more on a personal level, I think that always helps.
I am sure others will be along and can maybe give some more constructive opinions than me but my initial review would be if I was looking for beads nothing I see would scare me away.
Best of luck

I'd guess you are in a market that has a lot of competition and until/unless loyal customers find your store and appreciate the price/quality/customer service, sales will be sparse.
I'm not sure you have enough items listed to engage a customer base and I'm not sure how much money you can make selling the items you have listed.
I would expect you want to have one thousand or so items listed to generate regular sales.

Hi, I took a look at your listings and found you have 83 of them. Maybe list more? At that level, is having a store cost effective? Not questioning your choices here, but looking for information and discourse that might help us help you. Your listings look great, super pictures, buyer-friendly terms, etc. Perhaps a little tweaking is in order.
Selling unbranded goods can be difficult. Ebay works best when there are unique keywords to draw buyers in. I put in "Craft Glass Beads" in Search and it came back with 371,049 listings. What is special about your beads? What will help your listings stand out in a large field of competition from all over the word?
When choosing keywords, use those that buyers would use. Many of your listings start with "Colors!" What exactly does that mean? I can see from the gallery photo that multiple colors are available, so that keyword could be replaced. Perhaps include some of the actual colors available, or change it to "Multi-Colors". Also, drop the exclamation point. Google and search engines do not like punctuation. (Google especially ignores exclamation points. Read up on SEO for more info on getting good Search placement.) I can also see from the listing that you have generous sales terms by offering free shipping and free returns. In that case, the keywords "Free Ship" could be replaced with other descriptors rather than repeating information already seen in the thumbnails.
Your story is very interesting. I am wondering if including "Family Owned" might be used in the title? It is a sales point although unlikely to be keywords selected by someone searching for glass beads. Just a thought.
Using this listing title as an example, #372675627689. It currently reads: "Colors! Glass Barrel 6x5mm Beads Package x50 DIY Craft Children Artisan Hobby" I would tweak it to read something like this: "Green or Grey Glossy Glass Barrel Beads 6x5mm Qty 50 Craft Artisan Jewelry Family Owned." By the way, what is the origin of the beads? That sometimes is a selling point and good keyword.
Optimizing one's listings for users who buy with their phones can help sales. Right now your description fields are using center justification. Ebay recommends left justification to make the information easier to read on small screens. They advise us that 40% of sales come from buyers shopping on their phones, and this is likely to rise.
It is obvious you have put in a great deal of work on your listings, and they reflect the quality effort you have expended. Hoping some of these suggestions will help. Wish you much prosperity in the coming year!

This is the one I looked at - Colors! Glass Barrel 15x10mm Swirl Frosted Beads Package x40 DIY Craft Art
I like what I see. Nice pics, good prices, friendly tone, well described, fast shipping available. Overall nice job! But you need to lose the email part of your store header - it's a violation to include it.
However, since you asked, perhaps as part of your description, you might try including the weight of each package - as some might be heavier than others and might make a difference to a buyer.
As a bonus over your competition (and you do have a lot of it in the bead market) I'd suggest trying to include (raise price accordingly of course) enough extra material needed to string one necklace with each bag making it a kit of sorts - string, closure, needle, instructions, etc. Consider offering spacers too.
If beads are large enough to use in macrame crafts - mention that word - or if small enough they can be used to embellish clothing, hats, purses, etc. This can create a reason to purchase the buyer may not have previously considered.
If one orders more than 4 bags (kits) at one time, consider including a small plastic box or recloseable tiny bags to store unused beads in. That may increase sales as only a few are trying this method. It seems to be working for them.
Another thing I can suggest is to change your title. The first 3 words in a title are often the key and are crucial - it's the words buyers are looking for - and they don't use punctuation.
I personally would never search for "Colors!" Instead, I search for "Glass Beads" when I shop for them (usually for my macrame projects) - I'd never see your listings because I'd never use the word "Colors!" as search criteria. May I suggest to try starting the title with "Glass Barrel Beads Frosted Swirl 15x10mm 40 per pack DIY Colorful Craft Art" or "Frosted Glass Swirl Barrel Beads..." anything you like, but not start with the word "Colors!"
Just try changing one or two listings as an experiment to see if it draws more viewers. Then next month, if the ones you change have no more interest shown than the ones you did not change, then you'd know.
I hope this helps - and good luck selling.

I think it looks great! Great pictures and I like your descriptions.
I don't know how you can send mostly $2-$3 sales free to any country in the world from Poland in 2-3 business days! Is Polish Post Air Mail that inexpensive and fast?
And with gift wrapping too.
Good fortune to you and your family.

The pictures are great. The description is short simple and descriptive. Not sure how you can make money at those prices but I imagine you know what you are doing. I love glasswork and the talent it takes to make the stuff.
As a buyer I would want to see something that shows how big they are. I could see how people might not realize the actual size of the beads with the closeup photos in the listing. Not sure what would make a good internationally friendly size comparison? Maybe a grain of rice? As a US buyer I am bad at metric. I think mm is the optimal way to measure these, but a size comparison would help minimize disappointment.
On a side note the branding photo of the bags of beads in the listings is nice. I personally wouldn't do that to avoid problems with buyers. I'm not saying don't do it. I'm just saying it is something I wouldn't have the confidence to do on my own listings.
