I've been carrying a credit balance of $8 in my seller account (from a transaction that was cancelled). How do I move that credit to my buyers account so I can apply it to a purchase?
Thanks. I've left this credit balance for quite a long time, so my credit card on file is expired. When I try to update the credit card, I'm told I need to create a new seller account. Will I lose the credit if I do?
I doubt it, but we can't really know for sure. You probably just haven't used it in so long that it was before Managed Payments, so they're asking you to set everything up again.
