Item was returned at my (seller) expense due to ground parcel shipping. I used eBay label so the address was provided by the Buyer. I made contact with her and asked why it was REFUSED and she said it was her shipping forward company. She didn't even know it was refused. I confirmed with her that the address was correct and agreed to ship again first class at my expense. It was returned to me again marked refused.
What is the protocol for this? Thanks

I would cancel the tranaction with the reason "problem with buyers address".

Shipping forward company?
Is she out of the country?
