So recently, we had to call eBay about a return, and it was brought to our attention that we do not accept returns on some items, we do not have a business policy, returns are accepted by default on all our items, however, upon glance from the information given to us from a eBay customer support member, it was apparent that it has been changed on alot of our older items, is anyone else having this issue, and can someone look into this and help us, or any official eBay member help us please fix this.

You can use the Bulk Editor to changes your listings in just a few minutes. Just change them all if you have the same return policy on all of the, or want to. Likely a quicker fix than depending on Ebay to do something to fix your issue.
While I've never heard of this problem before, odd things happen all the time.
In the left rail when in your store, towards the bottom is the ability to search by some of the return policies. When I use that and select Returns Accepted, the sort pulls up 3,300 of your listings out of 3,773.
So my advice is just use the Bulk Editor and select ALL your listings and then the return policy you desire.

You don't need eBay, you can simply do it yourself. That said it looks like all your listings offers returns.
Are there specific listings which don't?

If you need help in using the Bulk Editor, come back and ask and someone will guide you through it.
