This is the first time this happened, the item was returned to the buyer.
No need @etsvcs to call eBay. Fix your 5 addresses at this page.
Then email an attachment with another label to your buyer, to get your item back.
Meanwhile, eBay will automatically refund your buyer, if you don't within 2 business days after the original label shows delivered albeit that was back to the buyer.
