Returned to sender

Hello, I just started eBay and am still working out how to use it. I sold an item for $280 plus shipping, however in my listing I made a mistake. I said that the package was only 1 pound, but in reality it was 3 pounds and 12 ounces. When I printed out the label, I didn’t give it a second thought. However the package was sent right back to my doorstep. I can’t figure out on eBay how to print a new label with the right weight, and I don’t know what else to do. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Go to ORDERS, click on Paid & Shipped.

Find the item in question.

To the left is a tiny box with an arrow in it, click that box.

A menu will pop up, first thing in the column should be Print Another Label.

Click on that, & enter the correct info & print.

You will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy. We must be cautious.

Round up to 4 lbs.

Lift your left leg at midnight to start off on the right foot. Happy new Year!
