Good afternoon,
Last week I sold a single right Nike Lebron shoe, which I as clearly noted in the description and in photos. The buyer is asking for a refund saying he thought it was a tennis shoe and didn't see it was just 1 shoe.
The buyer made an offer, so they clearly saw the description and the pics. They are now asking for a return.
What are my options here? Also, what is the link to ebay's facebook board?
Many thanks.

"The buyer made an offer, so they clearly saw the description and the pics."
Not really, buyers buy things all the time from just looking at a picture and not once reading the description.
If the buyer opens a return saying they bought by mistake, since you don't accept returns you can deny it. But the buyer can always turn to their financial institution for a refund. Personally I would accept the return, the buyer would be paying to return the shoe.

A $23 shoe that they did a Best Offer on? I would just accept the return and refund when you get it back and relist it. Why fight about it?

eBay is a site where a buyer can force a return by filing a dispute, regardless of whether that dispute has merit or not.
So it is prudent for a seller to be as complete and direct as possible, especially when selling something as unusual as a single sneaker when the vast majority of listing here are for pairs of sneakers.
Your title and description both clearly said "SHOES", not "SHOE". Here is the sum total of your title and description:
Nike Lebron Soldier XII 12 SVSM Shoes - Irish RIGHT SHOE ONLY Amputee Size 9
IMHO your title and description were both woefully inadequate given the nature of the listing.

There's no eBay facebook board, but you can begin with a message on the eBay facebook page, should you need to.

@skincare-n-stuff
Has your buyer filed an eBay claim? or are they just messaging you?
If they are just messaging you, you need not do anything until they file a claim. Be advised that if they choose a not as described reason from the dropdown menu when making that 'return request', you will be on the hook for return shipping of the shoe even if they put in the comments "did not realize it was only one show" OR you can choose to refund and let them keep the shoe for free.
If there is no claim, you can simply reply:
Dear buyer,
I am sorry you are not happy with your purchase. Please return for a full refund.
Sincerely,
you
You don't need to tell them how to do it, but chances are they already know how to avoid having to pay for the return on their own dime.

I fail to see how they could have been more clear and how this was 'woefully' inadequate. Right shoe only and amputee were stated both in the title and listing.
