Please tell me you didn't refund them before they returned it?!
Also, "reviews", i.e., feedback, has nothing to do with the actual sales procedure, so don't worry about that aspect of it.

You need to provide more details, I think. Do you mean that there was problem and the buyer filed for a refund and you are awaiting a return?

If you already refunded, you probably won't be getting the item back.
If you're waiting to refund until it's returned, you just wait until it's returned or Ebay decides to close the case.

Don't post a feedback until you know that the buyer got the item and they are completely happy. Now, I don't want to hear that the buyer did their job. I know that feedback is voluntary too and most of time irrelevant since all buyers have 100% feedback including the scammers.

Feedback is irrelevant.
It isn't used by eBay to assess member accounts and doesn't affect Claims and Disputes.
Has the buyer opened a Dispute ?
Did you send a Return Shipping Label?
Did the buyer tell you they were returning the bag?
Has the bag arrived back?
If it has,refund.
If something else than the Louis Vuitton bag is returned, there is further advice needed.
