Return process and ebay agent rudeness

EBAY agents and employee.s are untruthful, they tell you want you want to hear and totally blow you off when the phone hangs up , No one is on the same page when you call Ebay ,, they make up their own policies as they go or transfer you back and forth from agent to agent and you get a different story every time and very unfair . A buyer can file for a refund in full even after 2 months of recieving the item , even if its not the item you sent or is damaged by the buyer , they are still entitled to the full refund , you as the seller is just SOL out of money and the item and they dont have to follow the Ebay return policy and dont want to hear what the seller has to say , Believe me I just went through this on 2 items returned and still had to refund the funds or my account was red flagged . So their policy is a bunch of **bleep** ,and there is nothing you can say or do when this happens , the $50.00 insurance they claim is automatically on the sale/ shipping is a lie , the no return policy a bunch of **bleep** ( why do they even have this option ) , the agents are very untruthful , so good luck Sellers with this..

A seller's return policy only applies to buyer's remorse.

ebat requires all sellers to pay return shipping on a SNAD claim, whether or not the seller agrees the item is SNAD.

Paypal buyer protection is 180 days.

On a SNAD case, sellers have the option to 1) refund outright or 2) accept the return and pay return shipping. 

 

UK buyers have the legal right to return for all reasons when seller is notified within 30 days, and the seller pays return shipping.
