Return policy issues

Somehow over half our listings say we don't accept returns and we can't figure out how to change this.  The boxes to accept returns isn't highlighted when we try to change the return policy on our listings.  And now because of this, we can't update our quantities.  Is anybody else experiencing this or know how to help?  Ebay can't seem to help us.  We don't know what to do.  Thanks in advance!

I would suggest looking at your categories, I would bet they are either in the wrong category due to the change or there is no secondary category, same thing happened to us and some we still haven't been able to fix.
