Return percentage keeps going up with no additional returns

I have had one return this year in April 2023. Last month went from 1.91% to 1.93%. This month, with nothing changing, it jumped to 2.02% with no additional returns. I had refunded a buyer for a lost item in the mail...wouldn't think that would be counted against me. Numbers not adding up.

It changes slightly because it is based on a percentage of sales for a running 12 month period. So if you sold more, your percentage goes down. If you sell less, it goes up.
