Return address

Where can I view my address if a buyer wants to return item? I can’t find it anywhere.

Go to ORDERS (click down arrow & select) PRINT PACKING SLIP (this shows your return address).

If you supply the shipping label, your address will automatically come up as the "ship to" address on the return label. The system takes your original return address and makes it the address for the return.

Just to clarify (so there is no confusion) You can edit all those addresses on the page referenced above. In my case, I have returns go to a different address than my ship from address for logistics reasons. Neither address is my registration address.

Ebay will use the return address from your profile:

I see where the address page is on my account. But, from what I remember when I was selling last year a return went to an old address.  I’m asking if there is any other place where your address is stored?

As long as your address on that page in the "return address" section is accurate then the return label generated by eBay, assuming it was not issued before you updated that page, will also be accurate.

If your address on that page was out of date before the buyer filed the return then you may wish to purchase a return label outside of eBay (like pirateship.com or paypal.com/shipnow) and send that to the buyer. Or you can ask the buyer which address they see on the label before you consider purchasing a new label.

Step outside look at number on front of your house then ask your neighbor what street or ave, they use and Presto you got your address!!!! LOL......

Have you not checked your Account Settings?? You sound like you're reading from the mailing label page...
