My eBay listings showing return not accepted I already completed on eBay store as return accepted please help

     I am also confused. Are you talking about the following section in your listings that states "seller does not accept returns" ?

@godgracehappiness  I looked at a few of your listings, and they all said Seller does not accept Returns. If you select edit on 1 of your listings, look for:

Click the little pencil and you will see options for accepting returns. You can also check on your account to see if the setting there was changed. Good Luck!

Unless you use business policies, you'll have to edit the listings and change your return policy.

You are aware, right, that ANY returns not accepted policy means nothing if/when a buyer opens an item not as described case?
