I just received a notification that a buyer opened a return case on a pair of sandals and said they are coming apart. The problem is when I looked at the photos that the buyer added to the return case they are not the sandals I sent. They are both Skechers tone ups size 7 but they are made differently. Also the buyer posted a picture of the box they were shipped in (I shipped in a padded envelope) and the address on the shipping label on the box is not my address. Maybe they got them mixed up. Should I contact eBay first to clear it up or what should I do? Thanks in advance.

I'd contact the buyer and inquire if they confused you with another seller of like items and point out the discrepancy.
Contacting ebay won't do a thing.
