What does a buyer get out of continuing to buy the same item and return it twice? For further expansion. We have a few Calculators for sale in our store. We have had someone buy one that was tested and worked and when he received it however the buyer wanted a refund and said it didn't work. It was a low-priced item and we were not too concerned so we issued the refund and said that he did not return it. He bought another of the same calculator which we were a little weary of. We made sure that the calculator was working because we knew the last one did not. So we tested it before we shipped and it worked. We just got another return from the buyer who said it did not work. This time we will ask for them to return the item. What do we do? This adds to our defective rate and we know they worked when we shipped.

Put the buyer in your Blocked Bidder List and refund.

Ask him to return it for a refund. BLOCK this buyer.

You add the member id to your Blocked Buyers List so s/he can't continue to purchase from you.

The buyer got the first one for free and figured he would do it again.
When you give buyers free stuff, they will continue to come back for more.
Return for refund and block is all you can do now.
