Anyone else experience this? My return address randomly changed to my address from over two years ago. Didn't catch it until three or four returns had been shipped, meaning that I'm out almost $500 in returned items that I won't be able to recover.
Kinda dumb.

brian@ebay I've seen several reports of this lately. I think I tagged you on the last one, here's another.

@redline_auto_llc keep a list of those shipments and if a return is requested, DON'T use the eBay generated label, use the option to send the buyer a label and generate a return label using Paypal, Stamps.com, Shippo or other service. Send the PDF to the buyer via the return case.

I've read of this happening before, sorry to say.
Perhaps you can get in touch with someone at your old address, to resolve this. That's a lot of money to be out.

That's the problem, didn't catch it until they had already been shipped. eBay stepped up for once and helped me take care of it, so as much as I usually come on here to bash stupid policies, they did right by me as the seller this time. Rep confirmed that there was a site glitch that caused the issue.

Yes it keeps happening to me, I notice my items will randomly list with my previous address. The address has been removed from all locations several times. Every time I call eBay it’s as if it’s happening for the first time.
