Retrieving pictures from camera load to list

I can not load any pictures to my listings from my camera roll. I am using iPhone 15 Plus for my pictures & listing. I tap the Plus sign to add and nothing happens!

I also was trying to upload some photos from my laptop and I wound up getting a much older version of photo editing.  Don't know what's going on.  It appears there are many glitches going on with eBay today.  Hope they get it taken care of soon.  Try to load your photos later on and see if it's up and working.

 I thought it was just me.    -I managed to just use drop/drag to complete the few listings I made today.  But what's extra weird is that the popup window for my files is still on my desktop and hitting 'cancel' doesn't make it close, even if I have closed the eBay tab and my whole browser. .  That doesn't make sense to me.  Guess I'll have to reboot my laptop.
