I am a new seller.
I have sold a total of 3 items. Although there have been a total of 8 sells.
There have been
3 successful sales
3 sales that were high dollar and the buyers either asked for a refund or they didn’t pay
2 sales I gave refunds to due to my own fault.
(My son attempted self harm and during that time I failed to ship out but without eBay stepping in I resolved these two situations.)
there is one large dollar amount item that was sold, shipped and delivered with positive feedback that eBay placed a 30 day hold on the funds. After the hold they then restricted the account. Money has been on hold for more than 30 days, delivery confirmed, feedback confirmed.
the day they restricted the account I shipped out another item that was out of the country. Expected delivery over 8 days away.
the third item sold was shipped last week, these funds were released but the item was not yet delivered due to my situation and the buyer was aware and did not want a refund. The buyer isn’t worried about the delivery. I sent all this and the messages to eBay to show that I am not scamming or doing anything to take someone else’s money. My account have a lot of money pending and eBay sent an email about a MC 0011. There was nothing in the requested information. I had to contact customer Service 4 times to find out eBay wanted tracking numbers and for me to reply to their email. I have done this 3 times and yet no response. I can buy anything on the site, I can not sell, I can not access any fund although there is available funds and then there funds on hold. I didn’t not want to sell the high dollar item but I was in a situation at that moment, my sons incident happened and caused further hardship, now I am in a position of being desperate for those funds. What do I do?

I am done with this platform. Now the funds will be held indefinitely after supplying all information.
ebay has all right to protect everyone and themselves but I have found a pattern in this behavior. Some folks are still waiting after 3 years
I fulfilled by legal obligations through what is now a breached contract due to eBay’s actions.
Be careful selling here and there for a little extra cash, eBay will do what they want.
I have contacted the BBB, the AG. I will be seeking additional assistance from a legal representative.

eBay is not a good place to sell expensive items if you are desperate for funds. Especially if you are a new seller. Reading your own words of what happened, eBay really had no choice but to do what it did to protect itself and its buyers. As I always advice all new sellers, once eBay starts making demands and restricting your sales, stop shipping or selling anything until you have resolved all your issues with eBay. Keep trying to explain your situation to eBay. Hopefully there might be a compassionate exception made for you.

Ebay STOLE my money also!!! total scam asking me for receipts for some items that are over 60 years old and were my fathers. They have $551.00 of mine on hold and have restricted my account. The watch I sold for over $700 and after they scam their cut and I pay seller fees I am owed my money. My item was delivered and i received awesome feedback.
I encourage you to file a complaint report with the BBB. This is ROBBERY

eBay does not steal money. It is their responsibility to make sure that all sellers comply not only with eBay and their rules, but the law. They also protect their customers. Stolen merchandise on this platform is massive and out of control, especially from your location. Lots of port and train robberies. You're a new seller and you start out selling very expensive items. That will raise red flags every time. If you cannot prove that these were legitimately purchased, you won't see your money for a while. You can retrieve it from your states unclaimed funds dept. in about 6 months, however I think it may be longer in California. You can always find out. PS Filing a lawsuit with BBB or whom ever is a waste of time. The rules are clear and you should have read up on them before you started selling. Feedback means nothing as well.

Dear toaca_69,
eBay regularly evaluates the accounts of eBay seller. In relation to your account, we noticed that your account performance and activities may cause a risk to eBay community.
To protect the eBay community, we have applied the following restrictions to your eBay account in accordance with eBay user agreement and eBay policies:
a) Your selling privileges are restricted. Consequently, you will neither be able to create new listings nor revise your existing listings on any eBay site; and
b) Your payments have been placed on hold.
Restriction reason: identity verification required.
You may submit your appeal within 30 days from the date of restriction placed on your account to eBay Customer Service team to restore your selling privileges by providing a valid proof of identity (POI) (i.e. Identity card, passport or driving license) and proof of address (POA) (i.e. utility bills or credit card statement) documents of your eBay account.
IMPORTANT: If the verification of your POI and POA documents are not completed within 30 days from the date of restriction placed on your account, such restriction will continue, and eBay may, at its sole discretion, remove all your listings on eBay marketplace website(s).
The safety of our community is a top priority for us. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Regards,
eBay

This thread is over 6 months old and the OP doesn't appear to be selling anymore so I doubt they'll reply. Should you have any concerns or questions it's always a good idea to open your own thread to get the help & advice you need for your specific issues.
From what I can see you are located in Viet Nam and are drop shipping from Hong Kong. Not a good business platform. Possibly 3rd part from another selling venue which is a big policy violation, as is item location misrepresentation. Customers need to know where exactly their items are being delivered from.
What you can do is reach out on social media via Facebook:

These agents are US CS eBay employees and may better serve you and your situation. Many positive posts with their ability to be helpful. In the past they were helpful concerning my issue at hand. Give it a try...it might be worth it.
Good luck to you!
