Got the notice on 1/20 for a VeRO issue and a 3-day restriction regarding one listing for Nike sneakers. The root cause was because it was being offered by GSP and hence, it was offered for sale in the European Union (EEA) which apparently isn't allowed.
That one listing got taken down (as expected) and all my other Nike listings being sold domestic only are still up. However, it's been over a week and I guess my account is blocked from listing Nike products including their sub-brands Converse and Jordan. Not to mention, still can't edit my current Nike listings after the restriction was supposedly listed.
I was under the impression everything would be lifted by now and this is some sort of error - any advice?
Here was the email I got below:
Because you haven't followed this policy:
- Listings that didn't follow this policy have been ended and placed in your unsold items.
- A temporary 3-day selling restriction has been placed on your account (starting on the date of this notice), and your other listings will be hidden from search during this period. Listings will automatically be restored and show up in search results after the end of the temporary restriction.
- All fees paid or payable for listings that are ended and/or hidden from search will not be refunded or otherwise credited to your account.
