Our account has been restricted since yesterday. The reason stated was too many items not shipped on time. Ebay knows and has admitted it is their error. We have been selling 17 years, Top Rated, Power Seller, 8200+ feedback, and still cannot get it unlocked. Escalating to supervisor was denied and we got the 72 hours standard line. We have 450 unique items running with no two alike.
This should be our best week for Christmas sales. We are so frustrated, any advice?

Let's see if we can get some help to get you to the right person. Ebay did have a problem with this happening to some members on December 3rd. But to my knowledge that was all fixed.
Can we get this seller to someone that can actually help them. Not just telling them to Call the Ebay help line. Clearly that isn't working well.

It was supposedly fixed, but I have seen more posts since the date eBay announced it was fixed.
It is scary, if the glitches are this many and this often and this concerning, to my mind it suggests a real problem within the site itself, how long before the site crashes?
I am not saying ''eBay's doomed'', just pointing out that the amount of issues this site seems to be having on a daily basis, is a major concern to the sites stability.

Thanks for the tag @mam98031! I've forwarded @at610's account on for review. If it was placed incorrectly then we should be able to help them get the issue holding things up removed.
