Your on the USA board.    What did the buyer pay in shipping as you can't charge more that that ?    I can't find the listing to see how you set up the shipping.  You can purchase more labels but you can't charge the buyer more than what the listing charged them.  Might want to ask in the UK board as things could be a but different there.

Here in the U.S., when we set up a listing, when we have multiples of the same item, we put in the shipping amount for one item and then we can put in how much the shipping for each additional item would be.  For example, if shipping for one item is $5.00, you could put in each additional item would be an additional $4.00.  I don't know if it's the same in the U.K. but if it is, it sounds like you didn't put in the charge for each additional item.

You can't charge a buyer more for shipping after the fact so I think that you either have to pay the additional postage out of your pocket or cancel the transaction and take a big ding on your selling account, plus the possibility of making the buyer mad if you cancel the order.

You would need to purchase two more labels each with its own tracking number.
If your cost to ship is greater than what the buyer paid you would have to pay for the additional labels out of your pocket. Because you are not allowed to ask the buyer for more money.
