I rang and spoke with someone 2 weeks ago, he advised it would be fixed within a couple of days. I'm still unable to list anything, just getting the same alert every time.
I haven't sold anything in over 18 months. All of my purchases have been fine with no issues. Does anyone have any suggestions please?

You may just need to affirm that it’s you; eBay is cautious with accounts that haven’t sold in awhile, because of the scams involving hackers taking over dormant accounts.

I recommend you contact them through social media:

www.facebook.com/ebayforbusiness is the simplest way.  Contact them through private message.
