I am a new seller from Brunei who bought some pc parts on ebay after that I bought better ones again and decided to sell the unneeded ones here on ebay, the kindly attached link below is one of the items I am trying to sell:

I have PayPal personal account that I believe that I set it properly with verified debit cards, unfortunately here on Brunei PayPal business account is not allowed, true or not, I heard on reddit that this is one of the ways that the sultan forced to prevent anyone getting richer than him,

After that I received a messages from a buyer for the item mentioned above as below:

"Hi, I tried to buy it and failed. Ebay support says there's something with your PayPal account that prevents it from getting money. Could you please ensure it's set up properly? I'd love to buy this memory, it's exactly the same as I use now.
Thanks",

Now please, what should I do to solve this matter,

Can you elaborate? Are you saying that PayPal is not allowed to do business in your country? Or a personal account is allowed, just not a business account?

@sal_saied   Brunei is a send-only country.  I am sorry to say but you can not receive payments from buyers in your country so you will not be able to sell on eBay

I wish that PayPal had not removed the convenient app that showed which countries could send and receive payments

You're allowed to send payments through Pay Pal, but you can't receive payments through them.
