Just curious if anyone else is experiencing this. Submitted a request to remove feedback on the 17th, which in the body of the message on the status page states that I could expect to receive a response and status update within 24 hours. It is now day 5 and I have had no response from Ebay to my request and the status still reads "pending review". Since there is no way to contact Ebay directly by phone or email regarding this matter, what should I do to see that this issue is actually looked into / resolved. Thanks!

Unless it violates the feedback policy, they probably won't remove it.

It is in violation of Ebay policy. However, there hasn't even been a decision made and the status remains "pending review" after 5 days when it states on the same page that I would receive a response within 24 hours.

You charged $5.10 for first class shipping for a single trading card.
The eBay shipping policy says this:
Only include shipping charges that are actually incurred and are related to the cost of shipping and handling the items being delivered
If you charged $5.10 and it did not cost you $5.10 for postage / materials / insurance, the buyer has the right to complain about a policy violation.

Sending shipments by a slower/cheaper method than what was charged for is against the rules.
