Hi Sellers-- I have been selling multiple items to a single buyer lately. I and they want to combine shipping/ The buyer has been unable to request invoice. Is this option gone ? Now, I do partial refunds but I still pay ebay fees on the uncombined shipping. This can add up .
If their buying off ebay's app, combine shipping is not available, been asking ebay for almost 4 yrs to put it on but guess they like collecting the extra fees or losing customers. I lose a couple sales a month because of it
If you have the Require Immediate Payment box checked on the listing page, the Request Total option will be disabled/grayed out in the Cart. This happened to me so I always make sure that box is left unchecked when listing an item.
