I have a buyer requesting a refund stating they received the wrong item, they will not respond to me about sending pictures of what they got because I am positive the right item was sent. Do I just refund them and let them keep whatever they got or request for them to send it back and see if they do. This person claims this is the second time it’s happened them. The buyer has no feedback scores except for mine. I am new to selling. Also how many people normally send feedback.?

NO!!! Demand they send it back before you refund. It's a scam that I've gotten a few times. They think they can get a refund and still keep the item.
