Dear eBay Community,

I am writing to seek your assistance regarding the "Item sold directly by the brand" badge. We are a brand and manufacturer that has been selling on eBay for almost 5 years, and we have a VERO account. We have noticed that some other brands that sell the same category as us have the "Item sold directly by the brand" badge on their listings.

We are interested in obtaining this badge for our listings, as we believe it would help to build trust and credibility with our customers. We have searched the eBay help pages and forums, but we have not been able to find clear guidance on how to obtain this badge.

Could you please help us with this request? We would appreciate it if you could check the example of another brand list (Item number: 203803857638) that sells the same category as us and has the "Item sold directly by the brand" badge.

Could you please advise us on the steps we need to take to obtain this badge for our listings?

eBay customer service on Facebook or Twitter might be able to get you started in the right direction. It would have to be set up by eBay.

I viewed some of YOUR listing 165961851914 and they do show # of items that sold.

Their screenshot shows that too. But they were asking about the part highlighted in yellow on the right side of each listing in the screen shot. The other seller has "Direct from brand xxx" . The op wants to know how to get that message for their brand on their listings.

I have seen this question asked before along with how to get in the brand filter list in the left margin. So far I have yet to see any kind of answer.
