Reported a buyer, how do I check the outcome of the report?

Hi,

I reported a buyer, because I'm pretty sure that he want's to scam me, but I can't find anything on e-bay to check what the result of my reporting is. Is there a way for it?

it is sad but the new ebay really wont tell you anything about the results ! If they even look into the matter which I doubt they will you will likely be left in the dark!! Ebays new policies pretty much have allowed the buyers to scam sellers more often than not. Good luck !!!

Nope, you cannot find out anything about a buyer except on their feedback. Other than that, you can block them from future purchases and/or bids. Best of luck!!

Go to Seller Hub. Find shortcuts. Select "Block Bidders". You will be taken to new page as follows:

If you don't wish to sell to certain eBay members, you can put them on your blocked list. Members on that list will be unable to bid on any of your listings until you remove them from the list. You can block up to 5000 User IDs.

• To block a member, enter the member's user ID and click Submit. Separate user IDs with a comma.
  
  
• To remove members from the blocked list, select the members' user ids and delete them. Remember to inform the members so they can resume bidding on your items.
  
  
• You can restore a past blocked bidder/buyer list by clicking on Restore list. Remember, you can only restore blocked bidder/buyer lists from 3 months prior to today, inform the members so they can resume bidding on your items.

What has the buyer done that makes you think he is going to scam you?

You can report a buyer, but since you "think" you may get scammed it is useless. Is there any proof of this alleged scam, and has it in any way effected you because of the alleged scam ?
