Hi All,
I have a buyer that seems familiar, I think I reported them once for non-payment. Is there anyway for me to look that up?
Thanks for any info!

Yes, find them on your Blocked Buyers list. If they're not on your Blocked Buyers list....why not?

If you add the nonpayer to your blocked bidder list as soon as you have reported them for nonpayment you won’t have to wonder.
If you think this current bidder is the guy, go ahead and add their user name to your blocked bidder list now.

Can you explain exactly what you mean by "reported them once for non-payment"?
Do you mean that you actually reported the buyer to eBay using the "report" link?
Or just that you used the unpaid item process to cancel the transaction?

I would go into the offsite email account that you have tied to your eBay account (Gmail, Live.com, AOL or whatever), the one that receives copies of eBay notifications and such, and do a search for your suspect user ID there.
Note that if he's changed his ID name since then, you won't be able to turn up any past reports under his old ID, but your Blocked Buyer List can still track him regardless, as that works with his internal eBay ID number which never changes, not whatever ID name he has chosen (past or present).
