Reply with Offer from eBay message from member not working

So I got a message from an eBay member asking for a discount on a coin. She bought one, she wants to add another to her package "and get a discount" because it's the second coin she purchased.

I clicked "reply with offer", a screen came up that looked different than what it used to look like, but I put in my offer and hit send. Then it said "something went wrong". I tried twice.

The reply with offer used to work fine, why do they keep "fixing" things?

This is a glitch eBay hasn't been able to fix for years, I just started a thread about it here:

no, this is a different thing and is a new issue that just started cropping up yesterday

and OP yes this is apparently some kind of glitch that hopefully will be resolved quickly

I also am getting this error when I try to reply with an offer.  I've tried for the past 2 days on 2 different offers multiple times.  Tried on my desktop and on my phone.  Yes, I hope it gets fixed soon...lost sales.

Also having this issue just get html scripting language when clicking reply with offer from the app.  Have to tell my customer via messages to go to the listing and send me an offer. Frustrating and I am sure I have lost sales as well...
