My offer keeps being rejected because it contains "contact information". Admittedly, the first draft had something that had to be removed, which I did. But I'm still receiving the message. This is my text:
---
This new offer price per item reflects a PAIR of blades - one 2413 at 9.00, one 2415 at 35.28. You had asked for two of each blade, so I am offering two PAIRS, with each pair including one clockwise 2413 blade at $9.00 and one counterclockwise 2415 blade at $35.28.
2413 CLOCKWISE BLADE - $9.00 each x 2 = $18.00
2415 COUNTERCLOCKWISE BLADE - $35.28 each x 2 = $70.56
UPS SHIPPING COSTS = $32.00
GRAND TOTAL = $120.56
-OR-
2413/2415 BLADE PAIRS - $44.28 each x 2 = $88.56
UPS SHIPPING COSTS = $32.00
GRAND TOTAL = $120.56
We are now sourcing the 2415 blades from a dealer; you may be able to get a similar or better price from a dealer yourself. You are free to reject this offer or to purchase only the 2413 blades as listed.
Thank you!

PLEASE ADVISE as to what is tripping the questionable content trigger.

I'm not sure I understand your issue. Who is repeatedly rejecting your offer? Are you trying to post a listing or send an offer to a buyer watching your listing. It appears that you are trying to include a lot of different blades in your offer.
How did you arrive at the shipping cost? Wouldn't you need to know the potential buyer's location for that?

Take out the references to the dealer.

Too much information in the offer.
Let the buyer purchase separately.

Numbers.
The bots aren't very intelligent. They "think" the numbers are phone numbers or SMS numbers. I've had a couple messaged blocked because of ISBN numbers.

I was attempting to send a "Custom Offer" reply message to a potential customer's inquiry message following eBay's instructions to "clearly summarize the details of your offer in the 'Message to Buyer' section, including any additional shipping costs. As long as the offer details are visible within messaging, or the 'Message to Buyer' field, the transaction is covered by the eBay Seller protection policy."
I simplified my text greatly (less numbers, less description) and it went right through. Whether or not it works correctly remains to be seen. Thank you for your advice.

eBay will not allow my message to be sent to the potential buyer.
Interesting! Is it possible that the buyer has blocked receiving offers?
