I had a buyer leave negative feedback. Buyer said Bait and swich avoid this seller at all cost. Well that is Bull . I made a packing error I quickly refunded the buyer in full and let them keep the item. I did requested the buyer to admend there feedback they did not. I am human and made a simple mistake I feel there sould be away to fix or remove harsh liable feedback quickly. I did report the buyer and blocked from all futrue transactions come on ebay you need to protect us better from this type of feedback. I work hard to have a 100% customer rating.

I've only had one negative feedback since I've been selling and the buyer out and out lied . She had contacted me asking me if she purchased two of my necklaces what was the best price I could give her on the them plus the shipping . My big mistake was assuming she was an American buyer ,, and I gave her a very good low price . So we both agreed to the transaction .She paid via Pay Pal . However when I printed out the shipping label the cost of shipping was three times higher than what I had charged her . I trusted people in those days , so I went ahead and paid for the extra shipping and mailed her order . Then I contacted her asking that she reimburse me on the extra shipping I paid .She never did disclose she was a Canadian resident before asking me for the set price we agreed upon. After several messages back and forth it was clear she was never going to reimburse me and on top of it all she felt like she had the right to be angry . So instead of reimbursing me ,, she left negative feedback calling me a scammer ,[ a criminal] , claimed I go after my customers for more money after the transaction and even claimed my jewelry was total junk .Not one word of any of that is true .So I sent a letter to e bay's legal department asking that they remove these lies from my feedback ,, but I never heard one word back and the nasty feedback is still there years later .. So I hope you have better luck than I did .

I'm really sorry this happened to you. That must really sting when you see the buyer has listed the item for twice what you refunded. I understand how you feel. Hurt, annoyed, frustrated, taken advantage of...
I've often said no good deed goes unpunished. This probably won't make you feel any better, but try to not look at it as you are being punished for your good deed. You just did what you needed to do to correct your mistake, and while it was good that you did so, it was a correction. You did what was right. And buyer received an item he doesn't need or want, apparently, so he has chosen to sell it. He may have it listed for twice his refund price, but that does not mean that it will sell~maybe take some comfort in that fact.
I hope you feel better about this. Not a good experience for you, but you did the right thing.

You asked the buyer to pay more money after the sale and youre surprised ebay didnt remove the feedback? You know its against the rules to ask for more money after the sale right? The time to check the buyers location is before you come to an agreement about pricing. Its really funny you admit to asking for more money and then call the buyer a lair.
BTW, we can see that its not the only neg you've ever gotten, it seems like you have trouble tellng the truth.

Totally agree with you I had a similar situation... I returned the buyers funds right away, they get their money in a few days while we are stuck with the negative feedback for a year!

How did you list things by mistake twice? I'd understand if you had thousands of listings but you don't. Buyers do not come here shop, pay and wait only to get their own money back. It's a negative experience for them and may cause them to leave Ebay if they feel they cannot trust the sellers here.
So you may keep the negative for a year but they may lose faith in Ebay sellers forever.
