I had a terrible buyer who tries to scam me. How can I change the nice feedback I left for her? Thank you.

You cannot leave bad feedback for a buyer. Ebay thinks that makes for a bad buyer experience. Not sure if there is a way to remove the good feedback you left them. Maybe you can do that. You can report buyer to ebay.

You can't, there is no process for sellers to retract or change the feedback they have left for a buyer.
Doesn't really matter, the fact you left a positive for someone you think doesn't deserve it is meaningless to anyone and everyone (that should include you).

I would not leave "false positive" feedback for a buyer. It is against eBay policy and could garner you a defect on your account.
I pretty much only check a buyer or seller's "feedback left for others".
If I identify a buyer or seller that is vindictive, I put the buyers on my BBL or just don't buy from the seller

Buyers can only receive positive feedback. You cannot change what you left, and you are simply not allowed to leave anything besides a positive comment. Move along and concentrate on selling. Best of luck to you....

How did this buyer try to scam you?

You can’t. Buyers haven’t been able to receive negative feedback for 14 years. Yes. Fourteen years. What else have you not received by ignoring announcements? I’m guessing a LOT of valuable info. I think, somewhere this info is archived but I don’t know how to pull it up. That’s a shame you may be that far behind..

You can't change the feedback that you already left, but you can add a followup comment:
