Removal of an order that was flagged by eBay as Fraud

Hello,

I contacted by eBay on Feb 2nd about an order that came through as a fraud order and they ask me (the seller) to not ship the order. The order has been on my account under  my "Orders" and it's still not removed. My question is when will this be removed from my account and why is it taking so long?  I do not want to see the order under my orders anymore and it's a pain to see it there. Please help!

     Confusing post. Is this an item you purchased or one that you sold? If it is something you purchased did you pay for it and did the seller send it and have you received it? If not did you cancel the order? 

     If it is an order you sold and eBay flagged it or did something to it and the buyer did not pay for it and you did not ship it open up your orders simply check the box and hit the delete button.

From your orders page, under the Actions menu next to the listing @tetranetworks , select the Archive option. It's at the bottom of the list.

Im sorry about the confusion, I tried my best to make it clear. 

I'm the seller and eBay customer service emailed my business about the order being a fraudulent order and they told us not to ship it. I just don't like seeing it on my pending orders list and want it remove. Im going to try to archive it from the info below from @wastingtime101 .
